Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased from ARTSCARE, you may return it to us subject to the following terms. 
  1. You must request a return within 30 calendar days from the date that ARTSCARE shipped the product to you. Please call for an RMA number before returning any item or we will not accept the return.
  2. Include a copy of the original packing slip with the returned item.
  3. Retain all information about your return shipment (including tracking number) until your account has been credited by ARTSCARE. This will serve as your proof of return. Items without tracking numbers will not be credited for refund in the unlikely event that the product does not arrive at ARTSCARE.
 

You may receive a full refund of the purchase price paid (not including shipping and handling charges and less a 15% restocking fee) for all products except videos,

DVD’s and CD’s. (Videos, DVD’s and CD’s are non-returnable once opened. However, we will replace defective tapes or disks.) Any returned item must be in new condition, and have its original packaging and any accessories (if applicable) to be accepted for return and

no refunds will be applied to your account.


Please note: All Calendar and Poster orders are non-returnable and non refundable.
